About Your Vacation Rental Booking

It's always best to be prepared, especially if you new at San Diego vacation rental reservations. Please visit our FAQs page for important information prior your arrival. This will help to prepare you for your vacation rental booking.

So You've booked your Vacation Rental...

Booking a vacation rental reservation differs from booking a hotel room. One of the benefits of booking a San Diego Resort Rental is our personal interest in your stay and knowledge of the property and area far beyond a hotel call center.

When you make a vacation rental reservation, we prefer to speak to you instead of completing your vacation rental booking online.  We want to understand the nature of your vacation rental reservations so we can provide the best home and services for your stay. Our service team is what sets us apart, and we are ready for your arrival!  Before you arrive, San Diego Resort Rentals can arrange your car rental or airport transportation, and an array of offerings to enjoy during your stay. Our signature Warm Welcome Service includes an in-person meet-and-greet upon arrival at your vacation rental home. You will receive all keys, a full tour and information regarding your property and surroundings.

Keys will only be issued once full payment has been processed for your vacation rental reservations. In addition to payment for your rental, deposits may be required for cleaning, security, events, pets, and/or damage. Because you’re staying in a private home, owners may have specific requests for their properties that you may not find with a hotel.  Be sure to review your rental agreement completely before signing to fully understand your vacation rental booking.

In addition to the signed rental agreement, San Diego Resort Rentals requires the following documents be processed prior to check in to complete your vacation rental booking:

KEY INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR VACATION RENTAL BOOKING:

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

Check in Time: 3pm
Check Out time: 10am
*Earlier check-ins and later check-outs may be arranged for a fee.

We will email you driving directions and personally Meet and Greet you at your Vacation Rental. Before we leave you to your San Diego home, you will feel comfortable and confident in your new surroundings.

In the event that you will be arriving by plane we will happily arrange for you to be picked up and brought to your vacation rental. Speak with us during your vacation rental reservations.  A variety of services, from A-Z are available to you, just ask!

PROPERTY POLICY

No Smoking in any units
Pets are allowed in many of our vacation rentals when prior arrangements have been made.

DEPOSIT / CANCELLATION POLICY

The Deposit is 25% of the anticipated charges, with the balance due no later than 60 days prior to your arrival.

There are no additional fees for making any changes prior to the 60 days from your arrival. When changes are made within 60 days of the arrival date stated on our agreement, it is based upon availability and a charge of 15% is assessed.
